We do not refund payment, however we do offer a one time option to change the date of a reservation. Changing the date of a reservation must happen no later than three days prior to the date
of the reservation.
If the rentee arrives more than 30 minutes after the rental period starts, it must be noted when renting. Rentee may expect waiting time upon arrival.
Renter may change the type for canoe rented.
The person renting is solely responsible for all rented equipment.
All rented equipment must be returned in the same condition as when it was rented. The rental period does not terminate until all rented equipment is returned.
It is solely the responsibility of the person renting that the person/people using the rented equipment is capable of doing so.
Rented equipment may not be handed over to a third party.
Rented equipment may not be used in privately owned boats.
Rented equipment must be under supervision at all times.
Bringing private boats to the boat rental is not permitted.
Returning rented equipment after opening hours costs 300 DKK per boat.
Safety vests must be in the boat at all times.
Garbage may not be left at Nybro Bådudlejning. The person renting is responsible for bringing all packing and other trash items from used goods with them after the rental period.
Sailing on the boat racing tracks on Bagsværd Sø is not permittied. You may cross the tracks when there are no rowers near the section you want to cross.
Avoid noisy behavior. Loudspeakers such as, but not limited to, Soundbox are not permitted.
Alcohol is not permitted at Nybro Bådudlejning or in the boats. Using our equipment while drunk/under influence is not permitted.
No pets are allowed except service dogs. Please bring documentation.
When on the water, keep to the right. Others will do the same.
Unconditional right of way applies around the racing tracks on Bagsværd Sø.
Regarding the surrounding area
Grills and open fires are not allowed.
Keep to the right on the water. Others will do the same.
Sailing in reed or lilypads is prohibited.
Touching lilypads is prohibited.
Watch out for birds and other wildlife.
Take care of yourself and others.
It is prohibited to leave garbage anywhere in the area.
Avoid noisy conduct.
Beer, wine and other types of alcohol is not allowed in our boats.
